The transformation of St Nicholas’ Hall into Vista Hall is a complete environmentally responsible refurbishment. Implementing both passive and active design solutions including super-insulation of existing and proposed structures, re-modelling of the internal spaces and inclusion of renewable energy applications; amorphous silicone photovoltaics and solar water heating applied to the roofs.
The Vista Hall Project will be South Holland District Council’s low carbon emission demonstration building working towards the districts forward looking set of objectives aimed at positively influencing environmental protection and sustainability for our environment.
